Robert M. Wagner will speak on the topic of Global Warming, discussing the science and findings of climate scientists, not as a meteorologist or climatologist, but from a purely scientific perspective. Dr. Wagner’s expertise is in analysis and promises an insightful look into the topic. He has a Doctorate of Optometry and a Master of Economics, has served 8 years in the Navy, and has worked 9 years as a portfolio manager and equity analyst.
